Changing An Appointment

A call or text must be made 48 hours in advance to reschedule/cancel your appointment without penalty.

COVID Policy

If you or someone else in your household has tested positive for Covid-19 please call or text to reschedule your appointment at no penalty. This goes along with any other illnesses. We will be very understanding during this time. The well-being of your family, our guests and staff is very important.

Cancellation / No Show

A deposit of $100 is to be made for all new color appointments. The deposit will go towards your service that day. Payments are made over the phone with a credit card. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or do not show up to your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. If you or a family member in your household has gotten sick, there are always exceptions to the rule considering the precautions with Covid-19. If you do show up to your appointment under the weather, we have the right to ask you to leave and reschedule for a later date.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled timed appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled due to timing issues unless OK’d with your stylist.

**Chemical Services will be charged $10 per extra bowl of color mixed / per 2 oz.
